Do you pick up and deliver?

Yes, we do and it’s free.

What’s the turn-around time?

You will have your laundry back/available for pick up within 2 working days

Can I include my bed sheets with my other laundry?

Yes, but please put them into separate bags

Do I need to separate my laundry?

Other than your bed sheets, you can bring all your laundry to us in one bag because we sort it here. But please make sure that there are not clothes within other clothes, or we might miss something which may result in harm to one of your items.

How can I be sure that nothing goes missing?

We make a list of all incoming laundry items, and give you a copy. Then we wash your items separately from those of other people. We then compare the list of items we’re giving back to with the list we made when they came in, so we both know that everything is there. If something does go missing, we investigate and the few times this has happened we have found the missing item.

Will you use my laundry detergent? I have allergies.

Our products are made for sensitive skins, but if you’re concerned then let us know and we can explain our detergent’s level of sensitivity – We want our laundry to be comfortable for you.

Does Monarch Laundry pick up and deliver to nearby Hotels?

Yes, we have contracts with several local hotels and if you put your laundry into the Hotel Laundry Bag and give it to your front desk they will call us and we will come and pick it up. We will carefully wash your laundry and then return it to you.

Will my Visa card number be safe?

Yes, we only use it on our machine and our employees are screened for honesty.
